Rebranding the Bahrain International Airshow 2026

A bold visual and narrative overhaul created for the BIAS organisers to reflect Bahrain’s role as a global aerospace hub.

The Bahrain International Airshow is a biennial aerospace event hosted at Sakhir Air Base, bringing together global aviation leaders, defense ministers, OEMs and industry innovators. Limefish was commissioned to refresh the brand identity, reposition the show visually and narratively, and build an asset ecosystem that resonates across trade, government and public spheres.

Challenges & Objectives

  • Create a brand identity that communicates Bahrain’s strategic geographical and aerospace-industry positioning.
  • Synchronize visual voice across high-profile stakeholders (government, defence, commercial aviation).
  • Make assets scalable from large exhibition spaces to digital platforms and media campaigns.
  • Reflect innovation, technological leadership, and regional connectivity in a brand that appeals to both global and local audiences.

Our Approach

  1. Brand Identity System – We developed a refined new logo, dynamic palette and sleek typography inspired by aviation trajectories and Bahrain’s cultural motifs.
  2. Messaging Framework – A core narrative (“Where Regional Vision Meets Global Flight”) was created to unify the show’s themes of innovation, partnership and market leadership.
  3. Visual Assets – Modular graphic elements referencing flight paths, runway geometry and heritage motifs were crafted for flexibility across print, environment and digital.
  4. Execution – Applied the new identity across venue graphics, signage, exhibition graphics, digital platforms, social channels, print collateral and sponsor deliverables.
  5. Legacy Toolkit – Delivered master asset files, brand guidelines and templated materials so the client can maintain coherence and activate the brand beyond the 2023 edition.
